2019 In Season Training

As our seasons begin it is important to stay on-top of those skills you worked so hard throughout the offseason to develop! Phase 3 is here to help you with that. Take a look at what Phase 3 has to offer and get yourself signed up!


Why Phase 3? 

  • Winter has grown over the years and taken away our spring weather forcing practices to be held indoors in subpar facilities. 
  • Leaving the weight room for the entire season will wipe out any progress you made this offseason.
  • Having a day of mechanical work on our tools will keep us at the top of our game throughout the season.
