Anyone else quit gambling for Lent?

Catholic kid here. Started Lent 2026 by closing all my casino accounts to deposits for 40 days. Self-exclusion lite. Honestly the easiest 40-day thing I've ever given up because the relief of not checking my balance every other hour was immediate.

Anyone else? Coming back Easter Sunday clean.

The 'relief of not checking' is the thing I always hear from folks who take breaks. Whether you call it Lent or just a break, the value is the same. Good on you.

Doing 30 days no-deposit. Not religious but Lent's a good external commitment device. Side note for anyone counting days: if you were grinding on Bovada or BetOnline before Lent, use the break to actually review your sessions — most of us underestimate net losses by 30%+.
