No. The 'banker bet always' rule is the entire strategy. Pattern systems (1-3-2-6, Paroli, Martingale, Fibonacci, etc.) are all variance-management not edge-creation. You're playing a 1.06% house edge game regardless of progression.
The closest thing to 'edge' is hunting commission-free baccarat tables (some operators waive the 5% banker commission on specific table variants). Those move the math.
