Tried using the CHICAGO300 promo code on DraftKings yesterday even though it was supposed to expire January 15th. The code still went through and I deposited

Just hit a decent win on NBA props last week and trying to cash out $950 from an offshore book. They're asking for driver's license, bank statement from last 30 days, and a selfie holding my ID. Submitted everything Tuesday morning but still showing "under review" 4 days later.

Is this normal timing? The site says 24-48 hours for document verification but I'm past that window. This is my first withdrawal over $500 so maybe they're being extra careful, but getting nervous about the delay.

What's been everyone's actual experience with verification times? Trying to figure out if I should be worried or just wait it out.

50, but I'm not seeing the
00 bonus in my account after 18 hours.

The terms said the bonus would hit within 24 hours of first bet placement. I put $50 on Bulls +6.5 last night and it won, but still no bonus funds showing up. Anyone else use this code after the expiration date? Did you eventually get the bonus or should I contact support?

Also wondering if there's a minimum odds requirement they didn't mention in the fine print. The Bulls bet was -110 standard odds.

Expired promos sometimes stay active in the system for 24-48 hours after the cutoff. I've seen this with multiple books. The bonus should still trigger if the code accepted your deposit, but you might need to make another qualifying bet. Some promos require 2-3 bets before releasing bonus funds even when terms say otherwise.

Check your transaction history for any pending bonuses. If nothing shows by tomorrow, definitely hit up support with screenshots of the deposit confirmation.

You're chasing dead money on a garbage promo anyway. DraftKings bonus terms are trash compared to what you can get elsewhere.

Had the exact same issue with a BetMGM expired code last month. Took 72 hours for the bonus to show up even though I met all requirements. These books have delayed triggers on expired promos to avoid paying out bonuses they technically shouldn't honor.

If DraftKings doesn't come through, I've been using Sportsbetting.ag for their 50% deposit match up to

,000. No weird expiration glitches and the bonus hits within 2 hours of your first bet settlement. Much cleaner process than the big-name apps that always have some technical excuse.

For what it's worth, your -110 odds definitely qualify. Most books require -200 or better, so you're fine there. Give it another day then escalate to support if needed.

Same thing happened to my buddy with a FanDuel code that was supposed to be dead. He got the bonus three days later with no explanation. These apps are glitchy as hell with promo timing.

I stick with BetOnline now since their bonuses are straightforward and hit immediately. No expired code drama to deal with.

Wait, you can still use expired promo codes? I thought they automatically got rejected by the system.

The CHICAGO300 code had a 7x rollover requirement buried in section 4.3 of the terms. Even if your bonus shows up, you'll need to bet

,100 in total action before you can withdraw any of it. Most people miss that detail and get frustrated when their withdrawal gets rejected.

Also, table games and live betting only count as 10% toward rollover, so stick to straight sports bets if you want to clear it efficiently. Your Bulls bet was smart since NBA sides count 100% toward the requirement.
