Followed up on my earlier post about going retail-to-online. Pulled the IGT documentation on Lightning Link variants. Online (Cafe Casino + Slots.lv + Wild Casino): 96.16% RTP base. Rivers Des Plaines retail floor: 88.0% RTP for IL regulatory configuration. That's 8.16 percentage points per spin difference.

Over a 200-spin session at $0.50 average bet that's $8.16 of expected swing. Not catastrophic per session but compounds fast.

The retail-vs-online RTP gap is real across most banked slots. Operators get to configure where allowed; retail in IL specifically is on the low end.
