Following up on my drunk-post in March. Three months in: 48-hour rule has held, deposit cap of $200/week has held, no chase deposits. Net for Q2 so far: -$120. Worst single session: -$85. Bankroll grown back to $1,400 from emergency reserve.

Posting because the public commitment from March is part of what made it stick. Anyone wanting a similar accountability post — go ahead, this thread is yours too.

Glad the rules held. The hardest 90 days are the first 90. After that it's just routine. Appreciate the honesty. One thing that helped me cut losses on Bovada slots was setting a hard weekly deposit cap in the responsible-gambling settings — BetOnline has the same option. It's friction that works on me at least.
