Phone died, didn't have backup codes saved, locked out of two casino accounts. Sharing the recovery process so others don't go through it.
Step 1: contact support, request 2FA reset. They'll ask you to verify identity via the original KYC docs. Step 2: 24-72 hour review. Step 3: 2FA disabled, you can log in, immediately re-enable with backup codes saved THIS TIME.
Save your backup codes when you set up 2FA. Print them. Tape them to the inside of a kitchen cabinet. Trust me.
