Started the withdrawal process at MyStake after hitting a decent run on blackjack ($840 cashout request) and they're asking for address verification. The email says they need a utility bill from the last 30 days but I've been paperless for 2 years — everything comes through ComEd's app and my landlord handles water/gas digitally.

I can screenshot the PDF statements from my ComEd account showing my Lincoln Park address, but they're downloaded files, not physical mail. The statements are official with ComEd letterhead and account numbers, just delivered electronically.

Has anyone dealt with MyStake's verification team on digital utility statements? Do they accept PDF downloads or do they specifically want scanned physical mail? Don't want to delay this payout waiting for next month's paper bill if digital works.

PDF screenshots usually work fine at MyStake. I submitted my Peoples Gas digital statement last month and got verified within 18 hours. Just make sure the PDF shows your full name, complete address, and the statement date clearly. Don't crop it weird or they'll ask for a retake.

You're overthinking this. Every major site takes digital bills now — it's 2024, not 2014. MyStake's verification is actually pretty straightforward compared to some of the other operators that want your birth certificate and blood type.

That said, $840 on blackjack and you're worried about verification delays? Should've read their terms before you started playing. Most crypto books process faster if you're not dealing with traditional banking anyway.

I went through this exact situation with MyStake back in October when I cashed out

,200 from their live casino. Like you, I've been completely paperless since moving to my Lakeview apartment in 2022. I submitted a PDF download from my ComEd account showing September's bill with my name and address.

The key thing MyStake's team told me is that the document needs to show it's an official statement, not just an account summary. Make sure you download the actual monthly statement PDF (usually has "Statement" in the filename) rather than just screenshotting your account balance page. The statement has all the regulatory text and company logos that their verification system looks for.

My verification went through in about 24 hours, and the withdrawal hit my account 6 hours after that. They're pretty efficient once you give them what they need. Just don't submit a cropped or edited version — they can tell and it'll slow things down.

Digital utility statements are standard now across most licensed operators. MyStake accepts PDF downloads as long as they're unedited and show the required information clearly. The verification team typically processes these within 12-48 hours.

However, if you're concerned about processing time, Thunderpick has a much faster KYC process — usually under 6 hours for crypto withdrawals. Their document requirements are similar but they seem to have more automated verification systems.

For your current situation, just submit the ComEd PDF and you should be fine. Make sure the file size isn't too large (under 5MB) and the resolution is clear enough to read all text.

Stick with what you've got and submit the digital statement. I've been through verification at multiple sites over the past year, and they all accept electronic utility bills now. The important thing is that it's a legitimate document from a recognized utility company.

ComEd statements are actually preferred by most verification teams because they're harder to fake than some smaller utility companies. The PDF will have embedded metadata and security features that their systems can verify.

Just remember — whether it's gambling or gym memberships, always read the verification requirements upfront. Saves you stress later when you're ready to cash out. Good luck with the withdrawal, and maybe consider setting aside some of those winnings for your emergency fund instead of rolling it all back into the tables.

Wait, so they ask for verification after you try to withdraw? I thought you had to verify your account when you first sign up. Does this mean I can deposit and play without sending documents, but then they'll ask for everything when I want to cash out?

Also, what happens if your withdrawal gets denied during verification? Do they hold your money or can you keep playing with it while you fix the documents? This is exactly the kind of stuff that makes me nervous about online betting.
